Title: How can i get rid of this problem ?!

"tried many solutions but to no avail". only fails to show download completed. The download completes in time, but unfortunately does not leave with any result, and the client is not restocked to join the game. If the user leaves and then comes back, the resource will be loaded and they can resume playing normally. Annoying for an upgrade on the server that includes client-side data from a remote host

Try to restart your router, use VPN to download files.
