Disable being able to change your nick when you are muted.

Well the title says everything, people use to evade mutes by changing their nicks in order to communicate with whoever they want to, so I think nick changes should be disabled while being muted.

This is the only way they can communicate in-game if they are globally muted, why not restrict this as well?

I think that disabling it entirely seems a little bit harsh. What if someone legitimately wanted to change their name while muted?
I think increasing the name-change delay to a two minute timer while muted would be a fairer approach to this.
