We actually ask if he has ever worked on any poster designs or made something for Business board. We need Playtime because we can't let a newbie to make pages for the Magazine. We need a old, trusted guy knows in and outs of the forum to take news from, know most of the regular community members to take interviews and opinions of, active enough to join Events, a player with enough playtime who can look out for community player's role changes without us showing them everything.
Also for punishlog, we need it so that we don't get any trolleys who is here is just troll the discord, publish work in progress pages and destroy the excitement, and other measures
