[+++] Able to spawn your own vehicle at Race Track

Uhm sometimes im using the racetrack if im bored or there is a group/squad activities that will happen and also some of the players using it too but not often. thats the reason why I suggest to add this feature because no one uses this racetrack before. The way of spawning the vehicle is just pressing F2 and pick and recover what vehicles you want to use on the race track.

- You can now recover your personal vehicles while inside the race track, blood bowl, demolition derby. Added recovery pads in them. (Arran + R2003)
