What is the suggestion going about?: Making the Pay & Spray Area protected in LV.
Description: Since LV is all about turfs and stuffs and I figured out that if you have to fix your car either you have to be lucky to fix your car from Pay n Spray or you have to be DL1 to fix it yourself or lastly you need to have repair kits. There's two Pay & Sprays in LV, One cannot be made protected area because a Turf is lapping on that place so it will be an advantage for turfers, but there's another pay n Spray where there's no Turf lapping the area it's an empty area. This is the Picture :-

Why does this needs to be added?: This will be really helpful for less fortunate turfers and it won't cause any harm.
