Should we be able to shoot from raindance? Like missions in GTA IV? Examples;

Cops chasing 2 Infernuses with four 6 star criminals, cops in Raindace tactically shoot the tires and kill the driver, the Infernus spins and the 3 cop cars chasing the infernus block the Infernus, and succesfully detain crims. ( Very RP / Fun / Exciting / Adrenaline rush )

Raindance occupied by 5 criminals, all wanted escape from BR and fly off, cops on the ground chase them in LSPD cars, knowing cops are chasing them, crims open fire and shoot cops, the cops die and call for air support, 2 Raindance turn up with 3 SWAT snipers in each one and from a far distance shoot at the raindance, crims fight back midair and shootdown Raindance.

This just expanded criminal / cop jobs so much, work as a team and do things creatively, we are going the right way it's lovely
