Since there have been a variety of housing updates and we don't have much news, why not make a news topic?

Lowered the maximum houses you can own from 3 to 1. This is because there are only 3000 houses and 5000 unique players a day so it's quite selfish that one person can own 3 nice houses when other players can't even get 1 house. If you own 3 already you won't lose them, you just won't be able to buy any more until you've sold them all.

Lowered the time an account can be inactive from 40 to 30 days for their houses to automatically be put up for sale at the bought price so as to free up more houses for players who actually play. If the house is sold and you had items in the house pocket they will be added to your inventory.

Made it so that you can recover a vehicle to your position if you're near your house icon even when not VIP.

Added last online time to house GUI.

Added player name to house GUI if they're online now.

Added 20 shanty houses to the shanty town in North East Los Santos. $1 mil each, Ryder's Interior.

Added 16 high value houses to the blow hole in Bone County. $2.5-4 mil each, Madd Dog's Interior.

For justice: confiscated tens of millions from those who bought houses for 2-4 mil and sold them for 40-80 mil. 30 day account bans too for exploitation.

Set the maximum you can sell a house for to 5 times the initial price so if initial price is 1 million max sale price is 5 million this also applies to houses already for sale so nobody will be able to buy it until it's set below 5 times the initial price.

Set the minimum you can sell a house for to the initial price, so dodgy traders and scammers can't sell houses for $1.

After reading that bit, I was very, very happy. It has always bugged me how there were no limits on houses and people could sell them for ridiculous prices. Even the int. 1 houses were being sold for over 500k. There were just no limits or boundaries preventing this.

I am also really happy to see some new houses added. Should we expect some more to come soon too?

That's just awesome as the houses were being overpriced. People nowadays were selling the house with an unaffordable price. And now people who don't have tons of money can afford some houses they couldn't before, making the game more enjoyable and fair. Thank you and good job!

About the ' Selling houses for 5x max initial price...'
Can anyone confirm if it is 5x or 2.5x? Cause today Anon I believe laid down a reminder in main chat saying 2.5x is the max value to sell houses, above that is punishable.
