Lowered the time an account can be inactive from 40 to 30 days for their houses to automatically be put up for sale at the bought price so as to free up more houses for players who actually play. If the house is sold and you had items in the house pocket they will be added to your inventory.

1. Only if somebody wants it.
2. Then don't get banned for over 30 days.

it's quite selfish that one person can own 3 nice houses when other players can't even get 1 house. If you own 3 already you won't lose them, you just won't be able to buy any more until you've sold them all.

Lets see here. If a player has 3 super nice houses or mansions. Why would he even sell them? He'll just keep the 3 houses/mansions and the same problem will persist.

That case would be rare, most of people are buying/selling houses frequently.

At least it prevents them buying any of the new houses.

Something will need doing about people with 3 houses though, like forced sale or house tax.

I was trying to sell my 3 houses (bought for each 80k in LV) , but its really hard to find anyone, who wants to buy it, and I was giving it for free to my group members, but I found only one who wanted one..

I am ready to get rid off my houses, without getting the Initial price back, so a re-sell command for getting the 50% Initial price would be welcome.

ps: Its almost impossible to sell houses in LV; because simply nobody wants one.

Well, I have a house in LV too, currently its really hard to find a player involved with LV houses, means LV houses and Interiors become pretty useless, so im wondring about, if you're in your house area that means you're in safe zone means no-one will be able to hit you (only you & maybe CIT book friends too).

the good point here , that arran added a house near weedfarm and iron miner job so other ppl that dont.have VIP they can respawn thier harvester/car in weedfarm so ppl can easily to respawn the car so good job arran
