Title: House System

CIT's Housing System
Hello CITizens, here I am going to show you a Guide about CIT's Housing System , How to buy/sell house , for what the house can be used and how to mark your house other stuffs, Enjoy reading.
Houses benefits :

  1.  Sleeping: You will get healed in your house by sleeping. (2.5HP every 5 seconds)
  2.  Hosting parties: You can play  CIT-Radio music inside the house, and have it audible to those present.
  3.  Recovering vehicles: you can recover your vehicles to you, if you are near your house.


How to buy house ? :

  1 . choose the house that you want to buy it, Make sure that the house for sale, If the housing icon is green, So the house is for sale.

  2 . then Go to the marker and press 'Z'

Note: You can own one house at a time, unless you’re a donator.

Non-Donator: Can own only 2 house in the same time.
Donator L1: Can own only 3 houses in the same time. (Donate over 50GBP).
Donator L2: Can own only 4 houses in the same time. Donate over 100GBP).
Donator L3: Can own only 5 houses in the same time. Donate over 200GBP).

Real Estate: 

You can search for houses for sale in "Real Estate" center by "zones", "Prices","Owner" and "Interior ID".
The Center  is on the map with a large house icon (http://i.imgur.com/4Tx5PzQ.png).

Frequently Asked Questions: 

I bought a house, how can I find it?
You can mark it from CIT-Phone, B > My houses > mark it.

Can I save a car in my house?
There is No "Garage Script" in CIT, Unfortunately not but if you are near your house you may recover your vehicle, F2 > pick any vehicle > Recover, You will have the driver seat.

Can I lock my house?
Yes, you may lock your house, Go to your house marker, press "Z"  then "Lock".

If I locked my house, who will be able to enter
If you locked your house only you, people on your CITbook friends list, your groupmates and law enforcement will be able to enter.

how I can get healed in my house
enter your house and type /sleep or X > yourself > Sleep.

Can I rob houses ?
Yes, reach the house marker then press "N" as criminal, then walk stealthy inside the house "by pressing ALT while moving ) reach any "black marker inside the house" which is an item stole-able, then exit the house and deliver the stolen item. 

What I'll gain if I robbed a house?
You will get either money or drugs.

How I can play music in my house?
open CIT-Phone and press CIT-Radio and pick any station you want.

who will be able to hear the music ?
Only who in your house.

If I don't log in  for 14 days, what will happen to my House?
Your house will get sold.

why Non-Donators can buy only 1 house?
Because there are too many players and there are no enough houses to let you own more than one. However, donators - depending on their level - may own a maximum of four houses.

What's the biggest interior?
It's Interior 5 , known in single player as ‘Madd Dogg's Mansion’.

where I can advertise about selling my house?
You can advertise about your house by pressing "J" followed by click on "trading" InGame and set your house locations and your price or by starting a new topic here (http://cit.gg/index.php?board=196.0)

Notes:
Houses start for sale at $500 million and will drop $1 million every minute until $100 million where they'll drop $50,000.
Houses can be purchased using money that's in the bank, if there's not enough on hand.

Isn't storing things to house disabled ? and isn't it 2.5Hp per 5 seconds ?

DL1 can buy 2 houses

Same as when you have VIP hours, you will be in the driver's seat.

you can sell it back to the server with the bought price. but afaik it was disabled for now.

Only 1 house you can buy if you are not donator.
if you are donator level 1 You can own a total of 3 houses.
if you are donator level 2 You can own a total of 3 houses.
if you are donator level 3 You can own a total of 4 houses.

Stop doing useless posts. Ofc that you can sell it to the server and you know it. Look on the first page.

Go to your house, open the panel by pressing Z and there you'll see "Sell it to server'.

@Khamry
As many people were making useless post about this, you may have to add something related about selling the house to the server.

And a little suggestion, you can maybe do something more clear about the screenshots. The 4th and the 5th are kind of messy and imo it can't be undestood.

Also, your groupmates can enter the house if it's locked.

Add that it will get recovered to your self as the driver.

Well lemme just tell you that we can do it, in someways. If there's a staff looking for this trade. And if the both players trust each other then it's ok.

You should add that criminals are able to rob houses by pressing N, walking inside while pressing Alt, picking up an item and delivering it. Also, change the title to CIT's Housing System, it's currently incorrect.

I think it would be useful to take screenshots of all in-game interiors and stating the average price range of them. I will consider doing this.

What? If you bought a house for 11 mils and you didn't go inactive, then nothing will happen in those 14 days. May you clarify your question in order for me to answer you?

Sometimes the house I sold by a starting price, you can set your house to sell with the maximum price if you dont want miss it with low price.

From now you can't sell houses to other players, only back to server - you may add this.

Or just a list of all the interiors and the interior id.
Nice to know 5 is the biggest, but I wanna knowem all! ^-^

It is just the list as this faster and avoids getting stuck in the interior of homes. The ID will appear to you as most people search ''where is that house'' not about the interior ID.
