Title: Making criminal and police levels unlimited
Post by: Virus on 06 07, 2021, 01:25:50 pm: Well maybe this is a good suggestion because the max level you reach is 50 but the points you get are still increasing and you make nothing but money by playing as a criminal or a cop.

Creating unlimited levels for both cops and criminals will motiviate both sides to play and reach higher levels by enjoying what they are doing.

No need to add perks or money for each level.
Maybe just adding more achievements about getting higher levels in the side as acriminal or cop

They can motivate theirselfs with law points or wanted points. Law points and wanted points are enough for me. I don't think unlimited levels is necessary.

They should be able to level up more but the achievement on reaching Level 50 should remain the same, as reaching Lvl 50 is indeed very difficult. Voting Neutral

This idea will definitely make the current(experienced) players more enthusiastic towards playing those sides a little bit more to achieve the higher ranks.

However, I feel like the newbies who recently began their journey in CIT will be little annoyed by this change as they will have to work harder to achieve such levels and can cause them little upset as well. This potentially can make them lose interest in the server as a result.

Due to this contradictory factors, I am voting neutral right now. Thank you.

Post by: MaThew~Zika on 06 07, 2021, 08:56:10 pm: Supporting this, in dragons dogma's game for example the max level you can reach is 200 which means infinite in the game, I see it more as a positive thing, adding it, than a negative, so in my point of view this suggestion is useful, as stats is something to be increased within time, these limitations are like a limiting belief. :tick:

Also can't make unlimited for each level of police and Crime. nor can they push both sides just to get them to a higher level. and if other players start reaching level 50 it's really hard to start with them. and myself I used to experience L50 both of these jobs all along and it was really hard for me and it wouldn't make any sense to add making unlimited levels. That would be great if we could get extra benefits or cash from unlocking every 10 levels over 50 as it works below level 50. Positive.

Increasing levels with no benefits such as Cash/RP rewards can be considered. People that have stupid amount of AP or Criminal Points can instantly jump levels since levels will unlock prior to the total amount of AP/CP gained. So that can make people gain huge in an instant. As long as the levels don't come with extra benefits, I'm voting Positive

Just like in Riot games most of their players grind just to have a high level stats (without any perks) just a straight up stats on how much you play. So I am supporting this.

If we can summarize on how much you play as a civilian into a level it would be an awesome feature for the team as well. We need to have this just because most of the players grind even if they already have Level 50 stats for their group activities. Making the levels unlimited is cool just because it will show how much you play in each team. I'm positive. :thumb:

Post by: Zuvich on 10 07, 2021, 12:53:34 am: I am definitely supporting this idea as most of the players have achieved max levels on both criminal and cop jobs, so, implementing this feature would not only just motivate players to grind more but also make the levels more competitive which is what I consider fun. There’s no harm by adding unlimited levels, in fact, it might aswell increase the CnR attendance. Thus, I’d like to vote Positive.

I see a lot of users here with negative votes but without any reason, they're just saying no to something that wouldn't be negative.

This suggestion reminds me of League of Legends, back in the day the game had a max level of 30, that's it. You got rewards for each level and then done, no more levels. Similar thing to what's going on in the server. League of Legends nowadays has unlimited levels, every level you receive a reward and every couple of levels you receive a new border for your profile, which are cosmetics. I don't see how this would negatively impact anyone in the server, and even having huge rewards for high levels like 200+ would be fair, people should be rewarded for putting in the time and effort of reaching such high levels.

What previous suggestion, I never suggested something like this before.
And what are you even saying, you just said you don't like the idea but you didn't bother saying a single reason. May I know why ?

Not doing anything for criminal side as the script was written in some weird and confusing way.
