Adding a aircrafts spawner at the Sea Hospital

Greetings Community!

As the title says I'm suggesting to add a aircrafts spawner in the sea hospital as most of the players who turf there use Helicopters or a Hydra to get to the turfs so in case they player runs out of VIP he can spawn his aircraft easily.

Hmm then if somone bought a plane for 500k-1m price , He can also buy a 3 hours of vip for 30-50k !

That's the same case for anyone who spawns in LS-LV-SF Hospital and that doesn't mean they can't buy VIP... It's also for player who doesn't play with VIP.

The sea turfs are controlled most of the time by players with huge amount of VIP because they are the ones that can spawn again and again and again Hydras and rush the turfs in order to defend or claim. This spawner will give a chance of claiming sea turfs to players who can't afford VIP.
