everytime I get this after getting banned 20 min ingame without reason...

If you are using a VPN disable it, and if you are not using a VPN use one and try logging in, it seems that the server blocked your country IP adress. As it happened to many before you while they connect with VPN, if this happened while not using VPN use this one (https://pilovali.nl/free-vpn/)

This only happens on SPECIFIC servers (like the one you tried to join), so it's not blocked MTA-wide!

Solution(s):
- Don't open any NetLimiter or bandwidth limiting software while MTA is running, or while connected to a server that prohibits it.
- Prevent auto-start of the software.

List of some common netlimiters that you can try to locate and uninstall:

- Locktime NetLimiter 3
- SoftPerfect Bandwidth Manager
- cFosSpeed / (AsRock) xFast LAN software / MSI Gaming Lan Manager
- TMeter

Simply, you have software in your computer called "NetLimiter" and you are using it to determine the speed of download and upload to the devices in your connection and the server blocked it. Take a look in my guide to know how to determine the download/upload speed without getting bans and the server won't block your connection because the software is allowed.
