Have you tried by only clicking 'No' then the game starts by himself. @BornToDie

Make sure you have updated your DirectX and to know how to update click this link.

You also need to check your graphics card if it is working fine. If you have tried playing with other games with no problem, you still want to try to update your game drivers and graphics card itself (if you have any).

If it still doesn't work, you have to install this version https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35.

I wish you'll get your problem solved.

just update  your GPU (Card graphic ) or you CPU driver if you don't have GPU , and go to microsoft and download latest DirectX driver
