As mikkel said its for civilians only, you there could work any civilians job you want, also peak happens there if you didn't know.
And btw the turfs were removed from S3 and I don't think that their is any events in S3, want to work, in other words wana collect some money by working without anyone bothering you? Ok than join S3.

The new computer is very awesome as we were +1100 players with no lag and +40 FPS really awesome.
And also everyone enjoyed peak and got much money.

But I have a question:
I have a screenshot of peak=1169 but when I type t/peak it shows peak=1162.

Hm.. alright.... I'm guessing that player damage disabled there? I mean... you just want to work without being disturbed, then if player damage is enabled, some guy can deathmatch over there and no cops will be able to stop him...
