Well, your tutorial is good, yet it's not a Guide/Tutorial with text so I think it would be better if you suggest to adding it here. (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=158399.0) It's a topic based on videos to help to those players who have issues with FPS / Ping / etc.

The video is crashed, I don't know for me only, or for others aswell. Please re-check it.

Everything you've needed is there , you can post it there for additional informations that may help people , because it's the most useful topic

So, that doesn't mean that others can't post anything about FPS or something like that, of course they can, they have the freedom to share their own ideas with others in the World.
