P.S: Today I changed the GTA SA i'm playing with it because my old one was too crappy and buggy such as weird sound ect. And after I changed it and joined CIT I find my self banned idk maybe this is a reason or idk

Go to your Task Manager > Proccess > Close any program beside MTA

Anybody who's got development knowledge correct me here please if I am wrong. Apparently you got banned because Anti-Cheat caught your GTA:SA client having corrupted DLL files. (According to MTA wiki's Anti-Cheat guide, VF #2 isn't listed as a display code anywhere (AC #2 is the closest to your case), but assuming you mentioned that you changed out your GTA:SA client it's most likely that it has missing/corrupted DLL files that's triggering Anti-Cheat).
I can't give you a clear solution to the problem, I myself don't use a pirated copy of GTA:SA. I recommend you get a clean copy from somewhere that's not corrupted to hell.

So what can I do ? just wait till the ban finish or what ?

You will most likely get banned again, I am not sure what can you do except maybe change out your GTA:SA client to a legit one... again, but I need someone to confirm this because I don't want to waste your time. I only gave a potential answer to an unknown ban reason.

Yeah Danzy is right. VF#2 errors are (most of the time) caused by corrupted dll files. You could actually try to run an anti-virus scan then re-install your MTA (https://multitheftauto.com/) using an up to date version to see if that helps. ccw have stated before that it might help fix VF#2 issues by running anti-virus scans. If that doesn't work then I would probably purchase the original game off of Steam if I were you. If your version is cracked and want to buy a legit version, here's the link to the Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/12120/Grand_Theft_Auto_San_Andreas/) store.

We are in the same situation, I got banned too due to that reason

That's a message appears when there's a cheat is opened parallel with CIT, thus, make sure to close any of that if you're indeed doing so.

Hello,
The solution is simple. Please follow the steps I've written correctly.
Right Click on MTA > Click on properties > Click on compatibility > Click on run the program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3) > Privelege Level then click run this program as an administrator > Run the game.
Thats all, I'm glad I could help.

Actually I didn't get any other ban, I can enter CIT now peacefully like nothing happened
