Please only answer with right answer not with your "afaik".

Can I run betting system here (gamble)? I mean, it is like a real life bet.

Example: Football world cup, I use that for my bet system. So when people pay for a team they will get money if they won the game of not they will lose.

We were having a Casino Project (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=370064.msg5424119#msg5424119) before, hosted by EfeC, which means that the project you want to start is allowed.

Those were staff and they made their rules clear and explained how the system worked. Plus they were trusted.

I doubt any staff is going to take the responsibility to babysit another project like this run by a player. So this is a no, unless a staff wants to risk his ass for you.
