Title: Unstable FPS
Post by: aVica on 22 09, 2023, 04:50:20 pm: I have an insane FPS drops after upgrading my whole PC still having this Issue
I7 10700KF
32GPB Ram
RTX 4060Ti
all installed on SSD

i want those good shaders , but idk what is going on with my computers I guess it can run it on 144fps easily.

GTA:SA supports 36 fps at max normally, this is because the optimization is not that great and it stutters as well
