Decrease /superadvert time from 24 hours to 12

What is your suggestion?: Decrease /superadvert time from 24 hours to 12
Description of your suggestion and what it will improve?: Will be better if we can use /superadvert once 12 hours. In my opinion 24 hours is annoying a bit. It is supposed to be once per day BUT that "day" can be repeated once 12 hours. I don't think this feature will hurt anyone.
Prove that your suggestion is needed?: Tired from "Can't use 'superadvert' again for another 15613242 minutes!".

Positives:

- More money being spent.
- Players will be able to efficiently advertise more often because of it being decreased to 12 hours, which means they can log on and come back the next day to do the advertisement straight away.

Negatives:

- None that I can think of because of how strict the super advertisements are, meaning that you can't create useless & annoying advertisements or you'll be punished.
