I think that he meant something else. Custom forum titles are two branches actually. The custom title which's mentioned above, for L6+ group leaders and founders. The other ones are called forum ranks. If you meant a forum rank like NCM/JCM/RCM/SCM or any other related to duties then you need to check this board.
