Hi, I'm having a problem connecting into any server in MTA. It says Error CC23.
I have already tried the following:
1. Allow MTA.exe in firewall
2. IPv4 stuff (found this fix on google, didn't work)
3. Reinstalling gta and mta.
Hope someone can help, thanks

Sadly, it still doesn't work..
EDIT: oh wait, didn't see the double post. I'll try those solutions, my bad.

Have you tried turning off then turning on your Private/Public Windows Firewall? If you haven't give it a try.
If still does not work you may go to your MTA folder right click the Multi Theft Auto (Application) > Compatibility > Check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for: " > Windows 8 (if you're windows10. If windows 7 > enter windows 7) > Apply.
It should run the game properly.

Try Deleting the resources from the mta folder it self
