I'll cast my vote in favor of this. I work to be a waste manager, but it takes me three days to level up from L3 to L4 without being bored. So this will be helpful to everyone

I played waste manager couple of times and I definitely agree that Job progress is slow , so this is a great idea.

I did some testing as well, managed to get 240 in an hour. 40000/240=167 hours, which is too long compared to other jobs.

 And your new requirements seems fair . Im Positive

Well explained, I'll be positive for that since It's not really playable job nowadays and decreasing the level requirements will motivate the civilians to try that one,.

For sure a positive change, the amount of hours to get lvl 10 is insane and unbalanced compared to other jobs, all for a mediocre payment, lvl 5 playing for 30min I got 92k networth on my earn limit.

Please justify this answer. Will all due respect I don't think this topic is at all in your wheelhouse as a lawside player and due to the fact you haven't justified your answer with any statisics I will assume this is not your area of expertise.

requirements currently are completely absurd and not at all in line with other jobs. If you worked this job for an hour a day monday to friday it would take almost a year to get it level 10? how is that justified?

anyway ofc I am positive this is a long time needed.

current level up system is very very slow you cant get over 240 item per 1h in avg which is insanly low you need like 166h to get L10 so lower the progres is good balance to the job and civilian side upvote
