After a long time I tried to login to my account. I entered my password incorrectly many times and then reset my password via email. During this process, on the login screen, "The password entered for this account is invalid. Attention: You can only enter your password incorrectly 10 times in 24 hours." I was getting the warning. But 24 hours have passed and I am entering my password correctly. However, despite all this, I am getting the same error. I have a lot of effort in my account, please don't waste it. Please help me.

Need not to worry, it won't be lost, just make sure that you added the correct password, and check well that 24h have been passed.

Thank you for your interest. However, my password is absolutely correct and it has been more than a week. I am still getting the same warning. I don't know much about these things, but I think I'm stuck on the warning (bug).

Thank you for your interest too. If the forum login information and the in-game login information are the same, I log in to the forum many times a day with a username and password. The problem is not the username or password, the problem is that the system does not detect that 24 hours have passed. I don't think there is any process related to account recovery.

I totally understand what you mean. I've been having the problem for a month. There is no method I haven't tried. I deleted and reinstalled the files, changed the password many times, waited more than 24 hours to be sure, tried many methods on advice or by myself. I came to the forum out of despair. However, the situation is still the same, I don't know what to do.

Can you give us your account name and serial (write "serial" in F8)?
Also try not to attempt to log in at all for 24 hours after your last attempt. As in, if your last attempt to login was at 02:00 am, do not try to login before 02:01 am the next day.

As each day passes, I keep experimenting 5-10 minutes after making sure that 24 hours have passed. I only try once a day and wait for 24 hours to pass for the next day.

If the problem still shows, wait for it because you might be still blocked from the last attempts. Try tomorrow after 24 hours again. If you see the problem again, then we will see about it..
