[Danzy] Improvement for /reports Tab by putting word count

As anyone have seen my previous on the improvement of Item for sale list, well the concept of this improvement of the /report Tab is quite the same.
I wanna add a very small detail that I believe presents a considerable amount of help to players who will be using the said feature in the unforeseen future.

It is to add a word count on the marked area on the image below (image provided below in the spoiler) to help players determine how many words left for them to write their detailed report statements, since the report detailed statements has a very very low maximum word count it is very easy for players to go over board and later on rephrase and reconstruct their statements, whereas if they know the word count before hand it will be much easier and more convenient for all of us.

Amazing idea, at my first report appeals I faced that problem 
since I thought I had infinity characters to use as a result my appeals where not completed. Such a counter would stand as a great alert to avoid such occasions.

Like this is essentially one the reasons I got the idea, its frustrating that you've typed too long and just later on find out that you have to redo it cause its way pass the limit

It's annoying you have no idea when you reach the word limit, and how many words you shoud remove.

I have been in the same situation of not typing much words also not knowing how many words I have typed in my comment, this will improve the /reports for both defenders and reporters.

It's useful for the in-game reports and everybody. We should add that. The current /reports screen seems very basic. We should improve our GUIs. It makes our jobs easier. Supporting this idea. Positive.

It will help a lot to new people who would like to report a person and who are writing and who do not know the message limit. Positive
