So ,when we use a law code with adding '!' or '$' in front of it, it automatically converts to what it stands for. But this '!' or '$' thing only works in /e (emergency) chat. Why not in team, local, locf, group, squad, unit and car chat?
I don't think there's a possibility it will harm anyone, Law groups use commands such as 'Roger, Affirmative, Copy that, Negative etc.' in local chat and group chat too while patrolling/roleplaying.

It's actually pretty useful and allows players to be more clear and understandable by using '!' or '$' in such chats as team chat and group chat. Therefore, I'm positive. :tick:

Sure why not, it can be useful when communicating in group chat and such. No reason to really restrict it to 1 chat.

I dont know if I am able to vote since the suggestion's author is a groupmate of mine but I have to say this, law codes exist for some reasons. Law codes help the officers to communicate in emergency situations without having to type the entire phrases. Since those codes are being activated-translated automatically by putting the "!" In front of each code in emergancy chat, this must be the same in the rest chats so the units that want to deploy an operation to clear a store, wont bother the entire emergency chat, but they will be able to do this in local chat instead.

Law codes are not easily to communcat with and requires to be an exprienced cop in order to use the right codes for each situation, adding automatically converts into the rest of chats could make it easier and more benfical for new law officers to be involved more into the discussions and pcs calls /patrolls without misusing the emergency chat, useful and increasing the team work between the team members, Positive.

All the reasons are stated by fellow community members, It’s actually time saving and informative to translate codes to words, instead of missing out an exclamation or question mark.

Positive.
