I want to say why only VIPs? I know most of the VIPs are not rule breakers but there are some good players that have a lot of hours and have a clear and good punish log... I think they deserve to play on the new server too

True less people more turfs under control by one group! And what if the VIPs all join the some group and just hold on to the turfs they still will make money and they still can work in LV

The server need to have at least 200 players so it can make it fair si nobody has free control over LV but they have to fight for it

Bro if the All VIP players will join will make a very nice server , But the real Cit2 is the best ever.
