Instead less-qualified people apply for the duties; therefore, the risk of such incidents also increases. I personally haven't applied for any duty since 2021 Staff Recruitment because of its appraisal and evaluation based on suphits and activity other than the personality and quality :kek4:

For example : Someone who has been active in the suphit since the beginning of 2022 > Goes inactive for a month > Somebody starts being active in suphit one/two month(s) before the staff recruitment > Staff recruitment opens > Who's the better candidate now?
I only see new players apply for the duties because most of the older players have simply lost trust and have stopped applying for duties.
