Title: Donating DL3 for a 0 hour account

Hello, if I create a 2nd account and donate 150 GBP for it to be DL3, will my transfer limit be 700M a week as for all the DL3s, or will I be stuck with the transfer limit applied to newly joined players?

plus is it considered bypassing the weekly limit (punishable)? Because I'm planning on hosting +700m events.

Afaik if you donated DL3 to a 0H account u will be able to send cash freely like any DL3 without the 0H restriction

To send cash using CITphone you need 12 hours of play time. If you have VIPL3 though, you can use bank transfer which has no playtime restriction.
