Looking for the list of small skins that take more damage.

Hello. I remember there was an update long back around 2014-15ish where Arran added a damage multiplier to small skins (i.e. small skins would take 15% more damage than other skins). Later on, limited this only to LV. Since this update was long back, I am not able to find any content related to it, I tried finding forum posts as well, but found nothing related to this exact thing. Can anyone help me get the list of skins that are listed as small skins, and the damage multiplier they carry?

- Made the following skin IDs take 15% more damage as they're smaller, they're harder to get hit, which is why many players use these skins: 39, 89, 13, 63, 34, 58, 26, 136, 218, 229, 234, 132, 158, 159, 160, 162, 196, 199, 202, 236, 261, 243, 134, 200, 152, 237, 244, 210, 235, 137, 181, 212, 230, 146, 253, 133, 206, 76 (Arran)

Sorry for double posting, just realized we can't modify posts on this board, and I am still looking for answer. I see there aren't any DL skins mentioned in this list, and there indeed are some DL skins that are small skins like for example skin ID 1030, so are these also mentioned as small skins or no?
