I'm here to suggest adding an option to consume meat or wheat while doing /sellfood. I think we just can use meat to craft food and why don't consume it to sell food.
It will consume 60 meats for L0 Street Food Seller and 50 meats for L10.
-
I think it will add realism into the game :tick:

I agree some, of the menu of foods in /sellfood has also ingredients of meat like kebab. Im positive :tick:
-
that will allow more people to sell food :tick:
-
Well, it's realistic, and will encourage players to sell food. Positive.
-
:tick: :tick: I want to cook kebab with my meats.
-
Meat doesn't have much use to the game, so that's a great way to make it more useful, positive :tick:

Agree with stated above. :tick:

Agree, It would be realistic :tick:

Don't see why not. Sure! :tick:

That would be awesome, meat is a bit useless. Unless I'm crafting food via F9, the only thing it is useful for is to sell on the market, and it's mostly to the AI traders because no one is interested in purchasing my meat. I'm voting positive; hopefully this increases the demand for meat and people play as butchers more often.

Making it for kebab only will make it more realistic

60 meat feels like a lot for a single sale. at the going rate of $50 per meat that's 3k worth of meat for a single sale. Could you please clarify if you would also be modifying the amount of other ingredients that are used? With the current system with this put on top of it then it would cost the seller something like 5-6k worth of resources to sell food to someone so they would be making a significant loss carrying out this activity. I will suspend my voting judgement until you have clarified exactly how this would work.

Yes, this is going to make it more realistic, Positive :tick:

I make it 50 - 60 meats depends on level because of the average price of its.
50 wheats * 70 (average price) = 3,500$
60 meats * 48 (average price) = 2,880$
As you can see, it's stable and the meat would increase the average price so maybe they would have the same average price when this got added.

why not? it's very realistic as you can see. also it's good to be added :tick: :tick:

I still don't feel you answered my question. To put it as bluntly as possible.. are you suggesting that meat is consumed instead of other resources or in addition to other resources?
If it is in addition to it then you need to modify the price at which food is bought otherwise people would lose money.

Sounds good and my vote is Positive, It seems more logical and this reason enough for my support.

Stop thinking too much, it's just a simple suggestion. Tbh, the street food seller is losing money everyday.

It can add a little realism to the game. positive :tick:

High Priority now.

This is a good idea that should definitely benefit food and sellers :tick:
-
at least we found new use for meat aside from crafting food in F9 my vote is :tick:

What about making wheat and meat be consumed together? Say a meal right now is 30 wheat, we make it so it consumes 15 wheat and 15 meat to sell that meal?

No, selling food requires you amount of wheat for a value of $1000 for each sale, if you put 2 resources in 1 meal that will make the seller's meals cost more, and hence they'll lose money, there can be an option where you press "n" to toggle between selling a meal with wheat or meat, and both should cost the same way it is now, a value of $1000 each sale if it's Wheat or Meat (it's there for Wheat, by the way, Brian have just changed it to that, so 50 meat suggested on this topic will be odd and cost a lot than supposed to be), or there could be an option where you mix 2 resources if you want that, but the total value should be $1000 ($500 wheat and $500 meat of value), that way it'll use both resources and cost a fair price for sellers so they can make a profit, hope my idea is good and made sense.

I literally just said this... the ability to split cost equally between wheat and meat.

I don't think so. People have to work two jobs (farmer and butcher) to just sell food. I agree if you split foods into 2 type:
1. Hot dog, kebab, chicken nuggets would consume meat.
2. Pizza, Noddles, Ice cream would consume wheat.

- Selling food as a Street Food Seller will consume meat and wheat together, valued $500 for each. (Danzy + Avices)
