Hello,
It happen because is very clear you have mods instaled here, as the .dff file show in the image. So, to make it clean you must reinstall your MTA pr maybe possible GTA SA too because you have some mods which can’t be downloaded or is any colision in the files. Reinstall your MTA first and try to connect, if you still have the problem you should reinstall your GTA SA too, to make sure everything is clear. After this, you can reconnect without any problem. Try and reply here if this was the solution

The reason for this is due to having different mods installed in GTA:SA. Deleting those mods is not a solution. Instead, you should uninstall both GTA:SA and MTA from your computer and reinstall them. The mods you downloaded for GTA:SA can cause issues in MTA.
