[+++] adding LS turfs in forum live map

Sometimes people cant log in to the game and they wanna check the LS turfs if they are trying to take LS. This would be really useful for criminal/gangster groups in LS, therefore I am going with a positive of course.

Pick an appropriate title for your topic, it should be meaningful. As you know LS is the most crowded area in CIT world, so if LS turf areas shown on minimap, there would be a much messing. There are too many things on the map already, I can't vote positive for this suggestion because of that.
