Waste Manager- Level Reset for everyone?

I was once a L10 Waste Manager few years back.
I realized changes have been made to few jobs including the Waste Manager  and I am wondering if the resetting of my waste manager level was due to a bug or the fact that the entire job was upgraded. I am curious because For the Bus driver Job my rank remains as L8 from back then and the job has also upgraded so there's a confusion as to where I lost it from a bug or ...

This seem to be indeed abnormal, job levels should not be affected by any updates at any case, I would say this is some kind of bug so I will forward this case to the responsible QAM authorities @WooDy @Magneto .

It's probably due to the changes done to job requirements by the years

I remember achieving L10 as a del man since the req were so low. they got increased and now I am L7 or L8

Requirements change during major update in the job. Previously it was similar to street cleaner job. I remember I was L10 and after the update, my level dropped to level 4. Not a bug.
