Well there's nothing wrong with the current system which can't not be abused but that doesn't change the fact that there's nothing wrong to increase the prize which might attract more players to join the hit nowndays people use 500k hit and offers additional 1m so players could participate. - Increased max '/hitme amount' from $500,000 to $5,000,000 meaning terminator mode is now $5,000,001. (Arran + BadBoy.)

Didn't bother with the tax. Just made it so doing hitme now counts towards your cash sent (and you won't be able to use it if you've reached your send limit) to prevent people using hitme amount to bypass transfer restrictions.
