As the title says, I would like to suggest that all promotions done in a group are visible in group logs.
Why?
Well, sometimes it's pretty helpful to find out who got promoted by who etc. Good example is the case of Hobos gang, as Qpad kicked every member. NemO later told us that he didn't even know who actually promoted Qpad.
