[Resolved] Filipinos Chatroom in Chatbox (PH)

so I saw a post in server development http://cit2.net/forum/index.php?topic=25605.0
so I think we make too

there are many filipino players in CIT (Ares,Vladimir,Lelouch,Pointless,Mostly Of Alpha which consists of 50+ members)
so I suggest to have a chatbox for filipinos (PH)
