Adding a timer for suicide pilots

We also know that when someone works as a pilot and destroys the plane or falls in the water, he must reconnect to the server in order to continue to work and this is very annoying because he may be talking to someone or trying to achieve something or doing important thing in the game or want to reach a certain number of hours continuously that day, But he faces this message

and the newbies don't know that, but if we added this timer it will help them to know that they should wait the timer to end then back to work again, so we can add the timer here

The time should be Maximum 2 mins for all levels, and reconnecting won't help anymore, so he should wait the timer to end even he reconnected!
Why it worth to be developed:
It's simple to be developed and it won't waste developers' time, it is very useful for all and especially the newbies, to make them understand more how they can back to work again, the time is should be like a punishment for them because they are a suicide pilots then they should wait the timer to end, and the time will be reduced for high levels of job to be like In recognition of them.

exactly the game has many bugs and I surprised when I saw a trees and buildings in front of my plane suddenly.

Removing the limit at L10 is completely unfair. This will make job over paid and let experienced users hit earn limit very quickly. I would suggest you adding atleast 1 minutes.

Also 10 minutes for L0 is quite high and just unfair for newbies or people crashed accidently.

Level 10 as a Pilot, This is not very fair for Low lvl Pilot imo. This is considering a cheating if you think about it, you can just directly do /kill if you arrived at your destination. Then, some player as Lvl 10 would do this over and over again, 1 minute is enough instead of Nothing at all. I know this is annoying that sometimes you accidentally crashed and there was nothing in it. Also it's annoying that you have to reconnect just to be able to get a plane for you to work. Again, It's not fair if you put none limit for Lvl 10 pilot, People will find it very unfair considering the Lvl 0 is 10 minutes and Lvl 10 is 0 at all. So far I like the idea, cuz even me as a Lvl 10 pilot; I still get annoyed with the Messaged that you are a suicidal pilot and can't use the plane.

i wanted to make him work directly without doing anything event reconnecting.
because I want to  remove reconnecting option from this job... it's really annoying thing.

That's great idea, Because of you changed L10 = no time to 1 minute. I have saw some new pilots seems new players worked as Pilot. They asked me why I can't load the cargo or passengers. I told them try to reconnect to fix this problem. maybe this things make new pilots or new players leave Civilian side. And this suggestion will make players know what happend with this job and when they can load cargo/passengers again. You got my vote !

Agreeing of course, there is some people have bad PCs and "reconnecting" is like a nightmare to them if they were doing something important they will not log in in a minute or two, they will take more time.

But L10, L9 and L8 they all should be 3 minutes, 1 minute isn't enough even if the player's level is level 10

and if someone is need to achieve something on the job , reconnecting will damage his hope, and if someone is talking with someone.....!
or doing something important, or want to achieve good number of hours online ?!
reconnect is annoying = enough reason.
