Makes sense, I don't see any negatives in adding the capability to customize a vehicle's neon to DLs. Pretty simple and useful feature. Positive.

Despite the adding this into DLs, for the simple reason you can just use /headlights to change it's color. About neon might be a good idea, it doesn't harm anybody.  :tick:

It would absolutely save the player's time having DL and as they are  already paying a huge amount for that DL they own so I believe they should get this feature. :tick:

Just.. I want to ask something... Do you think this is worth adding back and scripting it only for DLs?
It already used to be a feature which was barely getting used, which is proven by the fact that none cared enough when it got moved to tune shops where it should belong in the first place.
It is still a feature that you can access easily, no need to add it back and spend time re-scripting/re-adding it or making it special for people that will never use it.
Negative  :cros: not worthy of developers' time and not worthy for DLs to even notice yet along use
