tbh I barely see any chinese or japanese players on the server.

Iv'e seen a lot of Chinese text in the past couple day, it would be useful so they can avoid many mutes.

/stinger - 放個刺釘帶 (只有交通員可用)
/apb name - Police chiefs can put an APB on wanted criminals
/sleep - 在房子裡睡覺來補血
/criminal - 成為罪犯

你可以不用一直打指令，可以叫出CIT手機來使用這些指令 (按 B)
/blipsize size - 設定玩家光點大小 (預設為: 2)
/blipdist dist - 設定小地圖光點顯示距離 (預設為: 750)
/racetime - See how many seconds left until race start
/weedtime - See the time left before weed can be harvested at the farm
/crimevent - See which and when the next criminal event (bank rob, drug shipment) is

1. 不要亂殺人 - 請不要漫無目的的亂殺人，我不犯人，他不犯我。

2. 聽聽伺服器工作人員說甚麼 - 伺服器管理員的名字前的標籤為 [CIT]

3. 不要惹惱工作人員，別在他們旁邊煩他們或別對他們亂按喇叭。

4. 不要使用外掛，或Bug或騙玩家 - 作弊是很不公平的事情。

5. 不要以斷線的方式刻意避開遊戲中的事情或管理員。

6. 不要洗頻 - 請按 J 如果你需要聯絡管理玵的話。所有管理員名稱開頭都有[CIT]註明。

7. 不要因為不爽某位會員或事情向管理員求助。

8. 好好玩，別亂放火或拖吊他人車輛等等，少了這些事情能讓大家愉快些。

9. 要在這個伺服器上面玩，你必須能夠理解基本英文或遵守基本規則。

10. 不要談論有關其他伺服器或其他GTA多人連線模組並造成任何人加入談話。

11. 販售帳戶，逮捕，武器等是不安全與不允許的，

12. 別老是待在繁忙的地方如警察局或醫院。

13. 聊天室主要以英文為主。

14. 不要在支援(support)頻道問跟CIT伺服器無關的問題。

Arran needs to be exactly sure that means 100% that there our no errors whatsoever, thats what he was saying he will not add these until he knows for a fact as he wouldnt want to add something thats wrong.
