Sell your zone to the server.

Ye I understand you,i suggest that a player can buy / sell a zone only some specific times.For example if he bought a zone once then sold it then bought it again and going to sell it he won't be able to do it.That was just an example.

actually its better to add tax on selling a zone. if a someone sells his zone, a fixed amount of money should be deducted from him as tax, according to the price he sales.

No. The idea of sell it is to get the same amount. I bet you don't have a zone, so imagine you do: would you like to lose 1m by selling your 10m zone? I bet you won't, who would like to lose money while trying to get it?

I had a zone, and I bought it for 65m. The money should be deducted from the seller not purchaser

Oh, I miss understood you then. Well, a 10m zone is sold in (lets say) 10,1m, but when it be for sale again, will keep its value of 10,1m.
