Why so? You paid 10m, you regreted, you get your 10m. Simle as that. we're not applying taxes or related stuff.
You could, maybe, sell the zone back to other players, for profit.For example, I bought a zone for, say, 5m; and I don't like the zone or for whatever reason I want to sell it, I could sell it for 7m. But you could not get more than 2-3m profit since people will start abusing it.
And then we'll live what we live at Normal Houses. If people don't want them, then you'll just end waiting for a looong time. It's better if you sell it to the server and it keeps there in order to be sold to any player at any moment.
Maybe you could sell the zone to a player AND the server; that's what I meant in the first place. You could sell it to a player, if he wants it. And if someone doesn't want to buy it, you could sell it to the server.

To add RP, like, when you buy a property and re-sell it, it loses its value.Plus everyguy will buy/sell zones without losing any money.
First of all, it doesn't lose value in real life, it can go up and down depending on the economy. Second who cares if we implement RP? It's not about that it's about gameplay.
Regarding your suggestion, I suggest that when you want to sell the zone with objects you get the money back (of the objects) and if you had partner with your zone who got some objects there he get his money back into the bank. Up-voted.

It should be something like this /sellcityzone (ID) (PlayerName) if you want to sell this to certain player. Otherwise, you could sell it to the server without waiting for someone else to come and buy it.
