Its needed I think because not all players know SA map. Its very usefull to new players.

Well, I remember those days when I was a beginner. I had much hard time knowing how to go to places .Especially the PD when I decided to try being a cop, I remember losing a lot of arrests because the time finishes up before actually realize where the PD is.

Its nice idea +1. But don't forgot that the new DX messages are shown on top. The arrow cant be seen. I think the DX messages should be moved to the bottom.

Did you see the screenshots? Or are you just trying to get the DX messages removed?
The arrow is above your car, it's a world object, so as the distance.

I'm sorry it wasn't a full screenshot, and I'm used to that the arrows are always on top of screen.
But yea in this case it shouldn't be a problem
