Title: adding Cave Miner job information in Civilian HQ.

greetings!

as you all know Cave Miner job information isn't there in Civilian HQ which means many new players face issues with the location etc.

Suggestion

my suggestion is to add a marker for cave miner job which will have all the information about the job. this will help the new players to learn more about the players and will know the location etc. thats all.
