Title: Forum Changes

Server development topics have been moved to "Ingame Features" then the Committee boards were changed from being sub board into actual boards and the category was renamed from "CIT Development" to "CIT Committee". So server development has basically been renamed to Ingame Features.

Suggestions which are completed or rejected will not move, they are simply locked and as locked topics go to the back of the board they're not in the way.
