I noticed that when someone reports you, you can never know about it unless to you type /reports and look if there's a complaint against you or not. I believe that you should be notified when you get reported, so you could defend yourself.

The idea is so simple that I don't need to write a long detailed text. 2 lines are sufficient. Awaiting for your feedbacks!
