The suggestion is simple, As you have noticed that before/now when u aim at a vehicle there will be text over it like " Mr.LoLa " it shows the owner name. What Im trying to say is to add the vehicle HP too, Next to the name like " Mr.LoLa HP:100 " .
I think its pretty much useful, for example u are shooting a vehicle which there is a criminal inside, and you don't know how long u have to continue, sometimes it doesnt worth keep shooting , so when can see the HP, Same thing goes for criminals.
I think there is enough details as its very simple.
