CIT Modded Vehicles are vehicles that are not in Default MTA Vehicles
and they were modded to be new.
They were probably re-placed with a default MTA vehicle
but it's ID is still the same.

No, they are @Hydre. They are qualified as heavy vehicles in the F1 panel. You can check it by yourself.
About the second one, it was an error. I forget to edit it when I copied the format of later part. Thank you for telling.
