How to get this job and how to play as news reporter?
Take this job from LS - Rodeo or SF - Doherty. As a news reporter, you must take pics of random players around San Andreas.

After taking the job blue skull blips will start appearing in your minimap, be the first to go to and take a picture of the marked player using your camera and once you take the picture you'll get paid.

You can not use rapid transportation while being a news reporter due to abuse.
After reaching Level 10 you will be able to use the command /go news reporter, and you will be occupied as a news reporter without going to the job location.

SIDE MISSION: As a news reporter you can press F5 to start your side mission, once you press F5 a red circle marker will appear on your map , go to the red circle marker and the mission will start, you will see pink markers on the map and pink lights floating, take pictures of all the pink markers to complete the mission.
