They don't just shoot at cops btw... they also shoot at criminals. Gangsters and other civilians, as well as just shoot randomly. They've no idea what they're doing, and this doesn't help solve that.  I feel like you only want to have this be a thing so they become wanted criminals so you can arrest them for free money / arrest points.

Yes.... with over $300,000,000 ingame cash, DL3, tag-color and with over 4 million arrest points, I could really use $10k and 5 arrest points from criminals aiming at me.
Get a grip of yourself.

I want to make things easier for new players so perhaps they stick around for a while longer, not just quitting out of frustration because they don't understand why they can't damage cops as civilian. It's the small things that will end up making a big difference.

I have seen a lot of new players trying to shoot/kill cops while they are civilians, and since most new players don't know how to chat or ask for help, I believe this would be helpful for them.

I don't think it needs to be like this, because new players will spawn in LS and there will be police who will get free points and the current message "Do /gangster to kill gangster" is enough.

Oh yes the civilian double denim skins are the most dangerous people around they shoot everything I think that gonna give them a idea what means to shoot the blue people or cops and getting some stars and from there their crim career can start
