DL3 can /streamurl anywhere

As some of you guys know, players w/ DL3 can stream their own music next to their house icon and also at their group hood.

It's a very simple suggestion, doesn't disturb anyone and will make everybody stay Chill 

Edited: I suggest the ability to stream music anywhere just like it used to be before.

DL3 used to be able to /streamurl every where, no idea why they made it only near your own houses, this will be better than only near your own houses, to chill with friends. Positive.

DLs are losing perks every period of time for no reason, it's became useless and not attractive anymore, I even sold all my DLs since it's giving me no real advantage, even the current features are not used anymore, only there's 2 valuable features now which is the ability to repair cars ( and it's now even coasting more than buying repair kits) and the second one is rt command for DL2+,

Removing the ability to use streams everywhere is such a joke and it's makes DL3 looks useless more and more, so I am supporting your suggestion, even if it's won't bring it as it's was before but ehh this might help.

As stated above I would honestly rather to be able to use it everywhere, as before, than keeping this restriction, anyhow since this is not what's being voted here I guess it's kinda pointless to discuss it, so I'm just giving my positive vote to this suggestion because right now l6speaker is way more useful, even while being free, than this DL3 perk you're paying to have.

Basically it will be for chilling and DL3 can use /steamurl near own houses, I have not a lot of words about this suggestion I am totally Supporting on this suggestion it will not hurt anyone else just an classic feature !

I think even my suggestion looks too restricted.
So it could be much better if we could just stream anywhere like before.

Tottaly supporting,I'm DL3 and the only perk of it is VIP... that makes none sense to waste your 180m more for a useless VIP since you can pay 200k for 10 hours.It shouldn't be just at a squadbar, we should be able to use it at everywhere like old days... I have no idea why did they even removed this perk.

Made it any where but a safe zone that way it can't be used to annoy people at hospitals and similar.
